Vortioxetine is both a serotonin modulator and stimulator [1]. The Wikipedia page for the drug lists its potential pharmacological targets. The targets include serotonin 5-HT receptors, the serotonin transporter, SERT (SLC6A4) and norepinephrine transporter, NET (SLC6A2). Activity at β1-adrenoceptors may be associated with side effects of the drug [1].
