Immunopharmacology Comments
TLSP/TLSPR signalling promotes release of pro-inflammatory Th2 mediators by mast cells and eosinophils [3], enhances eosinophil chemotaxis and pro-survival properties [4], and modulates mast cell proliferation and differentiation from progenitors [2]. No progress of therapeutic targeting of this receptor has been reported.
