CXCR4 antagonist 22 potently inhibits CXCL12-mediated intracellular signalling (as determined by inhibition of IP3 accumulation and β-arrestin2 recruitment) in HEK293T cells expressing human CXCR4 [1]. Functional data may have been generated using the fumarate salt.
