Pilaralisib has previously been reported using the research codes XL147 and SAR245408 and both of these codes are used in the ClinicalTrials.gov registry. Phase 1 clinical trial results have been published [2]. Phase 1/2 trials for breast and endometrial cancers have been completed, as has an extension study (NCT01587040) in patients who have previously received SAR245408 treatment.
