Sotrastaurin (AEB071) has been assessed in a number of clinical trials, for a wide variety of oncology indications, in autoimmune conditions such as plaque psoriasis, and also as an anti-rejection therapy following kidney/liver transplantation. Link here to's listing of currently registered sotrastaurin trials. The only open trial (May 2017) is Phase 1 NCT02273219 in uveal melanoma.
