Bioactivity Comments
In kinase selectivity profiling STK16-IN-1 only potently inhibited STK16 and mTOR at a concentration of 10 μM, but enzymatic inhibition assays indicate much less effective inhibition of mTOR than STK16 by STK16-IN-1 [2]. Despite exhibiting inhibitory activity against PI3K isoforms in enzymatic assays, this was not replicated in cell-based assays.
