Comment: R3/I5-SmBiT is a modified analogue of the RXFP3/4 peptide agonist R3/I5, to which a low-affinity small complementation tag (SmBiT) is ligated to the A-chain N terminus [1]. It is used in a NanoLuc complementation assay (NanoBiT) to monitor receptor-ligand interaction.
