Bioactivity Comments
In vitro, SHA 68R inhibits NPSR1-mediated signalling, proinflammatory TNF-α release, and monocyte chemotaxis [1]. In an in vivo (mouse) endometriosis model SHA 68R redues inflammatory cell infiltrate and abdominal pain.
