Bioactivity Comments
IACS-9439 is active in vivo. In mice bearing PANC02 and MC38 syngeneic tumours IACS-9439 depletes tumour macrophages, promotes polarisation of macrophages to the M1 phenotype, and inhibits tumour growth [1].
