Bioactivity Comments
Selectivity for TRPA1 was confirmed by screening against more than 60 receptors, including channels (like TRPV1) and enzymes [1] (see Supplemental table S1 and Supplemental figure S1 therein for full details). Results demonstrated that ASP7663 had no or only slight affinity for any of these tested protein targets.
