Pico145 inhibits the activity of heteromeric TRPC channels; IC50 (determined by electrophysiological measurements in whole cells) for TRPC5-TRPC1 concatemers is 0.2 nM, and for TRPC4-TRPC1 concatemers it is 0.03 nM [2].
