XP23829 has completed a Phase 2 clinical trial in patients with moderate-to-severe chronic plaque-type psoriasis (see NCT02173301). It has also been suggested as a treatment for relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis, given approval of another MMF prodrug, dimethyl fumarate, for MS. |
