Bioactivity Comments
Relacorilant reverses the immunosuppressive effects of cortisol [3]. Inhibits several CYP enzymes, including CYP3A4 (IC50 1.3 μM) and CYP2C8 (IC50 0.21 μM). No no induction of CYP1A2, CYP2B6, or CYP3A4 was observed.
