Enrofloxacin is licensed for veterinary use by the US FDA and by a number of European agencies. Used to treat infections associated with bacteria susceptible to enrofloxacin, in cats, dogs, pigs, and cattle. It can be administered orally, by injection, or topically (formulated with silver sulfadiazine).
