Summary of Clinical Use ![]() |
Nafcillin is used to treat infections caused by penicillin-resistant strains of Staphylococci, except MRSA. In the US nafcillin or oxacillin are recommended as the first-line treatment of choice for staphylococcal endocarditis (in patients with no artificial heart valves). |
