Immunopharmacology Comments |
The functional IL-9 receptor is a heterodimer of the ligand binding IL-9 receptor subunit and the interleukin 2 receptor γ (IL2RG) subunit. IL2RG is a common signal transducing subunit shared by the receptors for several different cytokines, including those for interleukin-2, -4, -7, and -15. IL-9 receptor signalling leads to JAK kinase and STAT protein activation. |
