ARGX-110 blocks CD70-CD27 signaling, and exhibits potent complement-dependent cytotoxicity and antibody-dependent cellular phagocytosis activity [2]. Blocking CD70 activation of CD27 blocks the activation and proliferation of Treg cells, and triggers T cell-mediated tumour cell destruction. Its half-life is 12 days in cynomolgus monkeys [2].
