Imsidolimab (ANB019) was progressed as an immunomodulatory clinical candidate, primarily for the treatment of chronic, treatment-resistant inflammatory skin conditions. It was proposed to combat palmoplantar pustulosis (generalized pustular psoriasis) [2-3]. Several of the more advanced trials have been terminated.
