Comment: Cizutamig (EMB-06) is a humanized B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA; TNFRSF17)-CD3e bispecific antibody that is designed to act as a T cell engager (TCE) [2], to promote depletion of BCMA-expressing B cells and plasma cells for the treatment of autoimmune diseases and B cell malignancies.
