Comment: Picankibart (IBI112) is a humanized monoclonal antibody that targets human IL-23A p19 subunit, for anti-inflammatory potential [1]. The antibody neutralises IL-23-mediated receptor signalling and blocks downstream signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3) phosphorylation and IL-17 production.
