Comment: D1SP is a synthetic protein containing a membrane-targeting signal sequence, the PlexinD1 ligand (semaphorin) binding and PSI domains (aa 49-601) fused (via a linker and hinge region) to a human IgG1 Fc domain. It was desgned to block Sema3 ligand binding to the PlexinD1 receptor [1].
