Briquilimab blocks the interaction between the c-Kit receptor and stem cell factor in KIT-expressing tissues. It is proposed for potential as a nonmyeloablative conditioning agent for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, and to inhibit KIT-mediated pathological activation of mast cells in atopic inflammatory skin conditions.
