Immunopharmacology Comments
F215-induced NAAA inhibition increases palmitoylethanolamide levels in a mouse model of acute lung injury (LPS-stimulated) and accelerates resolution of inflammation [2]. Its activity appears to be restricted to the site of inflammation (as demonstrated in a skin inflammation model).
