Bioactivity Comments
Neurounina-1 stimulates NCX1 and NCX2 activities with picomolar to low nanomolar EC50s [1]. It does not affect NCX3 activity. Neurounina-1 increases sodium-dependent Ca2+ influx and efflux equipotently.
