Comment: Nivolumab is an IgG4 kappa immunoglobulin that is selective for PD-1, an immune-checkpoint receptor expressed on activated T-cells, monocytes, B-cells, natural killer (NK) T-cells, and dendritic cells . This monoclonal is produced in Chinese hamster ovary cells by recombinant DNA technology. Nivolumab is an immuno-oncology drug.
