The muscle-specific kinase MuSK is associated with the formation and organisation of the neuromuscular junction from the skeletal muscle side. Agrin (AGRN, O00468) forms a complex with low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein 4 (LRP4, O75096) to activate MuSK [1].
